Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Skin Essentials Medspa, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and our providers. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients and impact our team’s schedule. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time.

Cancellation Policy

• We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or reschedules.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $75 late cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

• Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• For series, packages, memberships, or promotional appointments, the missed session will be forfeited.

Card on File Requirement

• A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
• Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file.

Repeat Late Cancellations

Clients with multiple late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments or may be limited to same-day bookings only.

Courtesy Consideration

We understand that emergencies happen and may offer a one-time courtesy waiver at our discretion. Repeated exceptions will not be granted.
