• Healthy Guests
We are excited to see healthy guests! Please reschedule your appointment if you have had any of the following symptoms in the past 14 days: cough, fever, body aches, sore throat or loss of taste or smell.
• New Check-In Process/Virtual Waiting Room
We would like to ask that when you arrive, please call us when you are parked. At that point, we will ask you to hang there so we minimize the amount of people in the spa. Once your Service Provider is ready, we will reach out to you to come in. If for some reason you miss our call or do not have a phone to call on, please arrive only a few minutes prior to your appointment. Please arrive wearing a mask! We will also ask that you wash your hand after you enter the spa.
• Appointment times
We will stagger appointments to limit contact with other customers and limit the number of people in the spa at a time. Due to the limited number of people we can have in the spa at one time, please do not bring any guests or children to your appointment.
Our team will be required to wash their hands thoroughly upon arrival to work and between each guest. They will disinfect their room, equipment and tools to ensure the next guest has a clean and sanitized environment. We have added additional time between appointments to do so. We will have designated protocols that our team will be working consistently throughout the day to keep all surfaces, handles, bathrooms and other high traffic areas fully wiped down and sanitized with EPA registered disinfectant spray. We have added Airthereal Ozone machines to all areas of the spa that will run each night which produces bacteria and virus-killing ozone (O3)*. We have several sanitation stations throughout the spa for you to use during your visit!
• PPE/Masks & Gloves
Our team will wear masks at all times and we ask that you arrive wearing one too. Guest will not be allowed in the spa without a mask.
• Thermometer Gun
Our team will be required to take their temperature when they arrive each day to work with a thermometer gun. Temperatures will be taken by your provider prior to treatments.
• Retail Purchases
For best sanitation practices, please allow a team member to retrieve any products on the shelves or in the retail area.
• Checking Out At The Desk
We are moving towards a contactless check-out process! Which means we will need to have a credit card on file. Many of you have already done this and know how easy the check-out process is! For those of you who want to pay by check, we will have a clean pen container labeled! Of course, cash is still welcomed too and our front desk team will have gloves on that they change throughout the day.
